Travelling is a never ending story, an urge to go further, explore more and try new things. It lets you gain another perspective on your life or even change its course. It gives you time to think or rushes you to something new where a decision must be made on the spot without a delay. It gives you the most simple yet often life-altering lessons. Ryszard Kapuściński once said:
“A journey, after all, neither begins in the instant we set out, nor ends when we have reached our door step once again. It starts much earlier and is really never over, because the film of memory continues running on inside of us long after we have come to a physical standstill. Indeed, there exists something like a contagion of travel, and the disease is essentially incurable.” ― Ryszard Kapusciński, Travels with Herodotus
I could not agree more. Here you can see and read some of my projects that I embarked on to capture local customs, culture and people showing you a different perspective and another side of the locations you may or might not know.
